Professional Education Online is a nationwide platform for distance and blended learning authorized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. It was developed with the support of the International Labour Organization (ILO) specifically for vocational education students and independent qualification seekers in Ukraine. Built upon the foundation of the “All-Ukrainian Online School,” this platform aims to provide equal, free, and open access to high-quality and up-to-date learning materials.

We began by working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop relevant, tailored content for each course. Each program was created using best practices in instructional design, ensuring alignment with modern educational standards. At the end of each module, students completed quizzes and practical assignments designed to reinforce their knowledge and demonstrate real-world applications.
Lessons featured detailed, custom illustrations to clearly present key concepts and explain complex mechanisms. Diagrams, graphs, and visuals were carefully crafted to make challenging topics easier to grasp.

Videos are powerful learning tools, especially in technical fields. That is why we created over 70 videos and GIF animations that show step-by-step instructions for complex tasks, making them easier to understand and follow. They connect abstract concepts to real-world applications, providing students with proper techniques, safety practices, and tool use and improving their skills through visual examples.
In addition to creating content, we prepared supporting documents and uploaded all materials to the LMS platform, which allowed users 24/7 access and seamless tracking of student progress.
